Provide more clarity around encrypted emails

This PR modifies the sections in the Getting Support guide related to encrypted emails, to better reflect the current reality of the encrypted email landscape.

Depending on personal preference and existing email workflows, many users may choose to receive filtered emails instead of full-content encrypted emails.

This simplifies the language and explains the trade-offs of making this decision.
