Don't reference the Admin Workstation from the Journalist Workstation

Describe the change

Currently, the Journalist Workstation makes a few references to the Admin Workstation. While the references are factually correct, the Journalist shouldn't need to worry about what the Admin Workstation is or how it works. The guide would be more effective if those references were removed.
