FreeOTP instructions are outdated

Expected behavior

The instructions for manually adding a 2FA secret should work for iOS users.

Actual behavior

FreeOTP's iOS app unfortunately removed the ability to manually add a 2FA secret and has no plans on bringing that feature back for now, so the SecureDrop instructions to do so can't be carried out.

Additional information

There was an old discussion about whether to use FreeOTP or Google Authenticator as the example for 2FA setup for SecureDrop accounts. Since Google Authenticator supports entering a code manually, it may be worth recommending using that until FreeOTP re-implements the ability to enter a 2FA secret manually. It may also be worth discussing what other apps are out there that would be more Free if Google Authenticator is still lacking in that department (it might not be anymore).
