Allow Users to Export Entire Source to a VM

Problem

Journalists need to be able to sanitize files themselves, and should be able to do so without having to first export to a USB.

Solution

One option is they could simply export an entire Source account for doing allthethings, in a VM. The experience should mirror what is developed for #550's MVP to a USB.
