Explain what OCR is

Similarly to the following comment about the website, we should clarify what we mean by OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Some may not know what it is, to begin with. We should focus instead on talking to what the value to the user is: the document will be searchable after the conversion.

Notes / Evidence

During a user testing session, participants were confused about what the language selection played in the tool. The "OCR" acronym may not be known to everyone.
