Proxy not working in Turkmenistan

Hello, thank you for this great work! I am developer who lives in Turkmenistan. And I think you know about Turkmenistan's great firewall and internet cencorship. So, problem is I am using fodev proxy for getting dependencies but I am getting couldn't get error in android studio. Could you help me if possible?

@behdad222 it is solved by using VPN but for few days, thank you to @Zo0oX and please make sure fodev.org proxy not working in here

Are you sure your internet is connected?

I am connected to the internet connection that is not showing yes because I use safe mode for speed up my computer
