Course applicants search filter is not working

Describe the bug

When you provide something in the input, even if the provided text matches the name or email, it always returns "not found."

To Reproduce

1. Login as admin
2. Go to courses page
3. Select a course to display details
4. Click on the second accordion item which is Applications
5. Use search form

Expected behavior

It should filter by name or email
