a workflow diagram that every developer can consult will be very useful so that we can understand the system flow. for example, a hashtag opens on this page, the opened hashtag goes to this page for approval, translations are approved here, it appears last here, etc.

One person should write in general terms how the system should be, and ask the person who developed that part for an explanation about how the currently working parts of the system work.

Additional context

I think that such work should be done, albeit at a minimal level, especially for people who need to learn or keep up with the system and for the correct integration of the assigned issues into the system. and someone who familier with these workflows may notice that there is a problem in parts of the system that are not frequently visited and may open an issue.
