Do you know how useful this resource actually is? It does not talk about licenses (remember that we are about free and open source dictionaries). The German dictionary that I wanted to check has a broken link. Thanks.

Please read the article, notice what [offl], [PL] and [PD] mean on that page. In addition, please report which link is broken.
