Hi,

that looks like a good fit indeed. It is active, it clearly states its free license and its format is documented. Haven't seen all this at once for a good while now :). I don't feel comfortable doing this, especially because I cannot make much sense of Chinese characters with my screen reader. @andijh92, would you like to pick up this task?

OK. I'll give it a try. Currently I don't have much spare time. So it will take some weeks, maybe months.

Have you experience in Python(3)? I could add you as a collaborator to our tools directory and you could start hacking as soon as you've got time. This would have the benefit that I could join whenever I've got time.

I just had a look at this dictionary with somebody who speaks chinese. It looks relatively easy to do and hence I might do it in the next months.
