Error in PBEM Games E-Mail notification

E-Mails in PBEM Games are not sent reliably. Sometimes its possible to repeat a turn (maybe on another device) and the mail will be sent. Sometimes its necessary to repeat an older turn to receive an E-Mail. Not every older turn works, but some allow to replay a turn.
