Adding examples of Rocket Configuration

Can you please add a chapter that explains this beast?

The type of code you are seeing is part of the https://github.com/freechipsproject/rocket-chip library, as opposed to Chisel itself, so it is not (yet?) within scope of this bootcamp. While we might add such a section in the future, for now it might be best to redirect your question to a more appropriate forum. Please feel free to re-open this issue if you have any further concerns.
