[FR] Ignore binary ports

Pkg does not have a "binary" flag, so I've asked for them to include one (https://github.com/freebsd/pkg/issues/1000), but packages which were not compiled have annotations which mention they're binary packages, so it would still be possible for portmaster to ignore those automatically when being asked which packages need to be updated per example.
