Re-enable macOS builder with staged kyua

At current stage, kyua cannot be packaged according to the brew rules. To get around this, build kyua with from the 0.14 tag instead of the 0.14 release and package it in a private repository. From there kyua can be installed properly in the CI run on macOS.

I have fixed the bad distfile for kyua, so theorically it can find its way back in brew! and we don't need this (hopefully)
