Install packages from local files: archive_read_open_filename((null)): Failed to open '(null)'

Installing an application form a local package file which doesn't exist in packagesite, namely gmmlib-22.3.18.pkg fail with the following error:

pkg: archive_read_open_filename((null)): Failed to open '(null)'

pkg --version 1.20.9

Since I didn't reproduce the behavior with pkg itself, here is a link to upload the package for FBSD15:amd64 : https://people.freebsd.org/~rodrigo/gmmlib-22.3.18.pkg
