Add support for installed-tests descriptors

It would be great to be able to run tests complying with the GNOME installed tests format from kyua. While it is possible to e.g. automatically generate Kyuafiles from .test files, leaving out that step would allow dropping installed-tests into the right location and have kyua automatically pick them up.
