Remove Travis CI and update Cirrus CI images
I think we don't use Travis CI anymore, and as we are planning to use Cirrus-CI (#92), I updated snapshot images to the latest version of FreeBSD in this patch.
Looks good. I might call it ci-build.sh rather than just build.sh to give an indication of the purpose.

Reflected in new changes and just force-pushed.
@fel1x-developer : do you have a link to a successful set of Cirrus CI runs you can provide (I wish it was enabled on the freebsd/atf repo :(..)?

I don't. (I haven't used Cirrus CI before.) But I'll make a time to setup an CI instance, probably this evening. (and the setup looks quite easy.)

Yeah -- it should be pretty easy :).
