Support for personalising emails

Can we send personalized emails using templating such as Dear {{FirsName}}

I have found that if you import a csv in the folowing format with these as labels in the first row: | email | FirsName |

where the first name of the recipient is next to their email in the csv file. You can then use {{FirsName}} as a variable in the email.
