It is normal that i cant add suggestion in the trello ?

+1 for TLDR (In Trello you can apparently neither search nor add suggestions)
You can search using the "Filters > Keyword" search box, and add suggestions by commenting on the "Suggest new docs here" card under "Ideas". (You probably need to create a Trello account to comment, if you don't have one.)
@marek22k "TLDR" you can but it requires reading.
Something missing: where can I give the devs a hearty slap on the back for all the good work they have done? Devdocs is a godsend, especially the offline feature. It saves me a few seconds, but does so a few hundred times a day when I code. I will be working on a long flight tomorrow, and the offline feature is insanely valuable.

Hello, I don't see a way to suggest features in Trello, I can only see a way to suggest new docs and not a new feature. Anyways I will open a new issue to suggest the feature.
