Updating Different Users section in contribution guide

in https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/chapter/pull/1855, we have added command lines for banned and test user, but our contribution guide doesn't mention them, it would be nice if it does so coming developers don't be on the dark about them.

What you need to do is:
