Description field to users as a bio

A point mentioned by Oliver in https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/chapter/pull/1644#pullrequestreview-1130127472, is that someone may be not a fit for an event, because something like they are too experienced for a junior level event, or they are trying to enter a "translation to language" event, they don't know how to speak or write it.

Instead of them attending the event, both parties find out they are unfit, then the instance owner/administrator remove them from the event. We add description fields that act as bio, when someone in the waitlist, the instance owner/administrator can see their bio and determinate if they are fit. To save both parties some time

So, this is a text form field the member would fill out when RSVP'ing when there's a waitlist to comment on why they want to attend / are a good fit?

Not an MVP feature, but I wonder if the admin / organizer would also like to keep their own notes that they and/or other event organizers can see about the person on the waitlist?

I don't see either feature as MVP, but they both seem worth exploring.

I've never organized an event with a waitlist, so I'm not sure how the other event services even handle the waitlist process from either the member or organizer's end.
