Add Storybook for easier component dev/test

It's Hacktoberfest, and I'd like to dedicate part of my time to integrate Storybook with your project. Is it something that you guys would find useful?

I see the client has a lot of React components but very few unit or E2E tests, Storybook would fill a gap there.

We are entering MVP stage, any effort that isn't spent in help wanted and reviewing PR that aren't planned will consume limited time.

There is an open issue in the freeCodeCamp repo, if you have experience in storybook, then that issue is the perfect place for Hacktoberfest contribution https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp/issues/44668

@fredericbonnet here's the MVP project board. If there's something on there you're able to contribute to, then we'd be glad to have more efforts on the MVP issues.

For example, accessibility is still considered an MVP issue and there is a rough list of best practices mentioned on that issue which are mostly HTML and CSS related, which can help keep the site accessible.
