As per Quincy, to prevent brownie/cookie spamming we need to limit camperbot's repeat thanks to one or two people at a time rather than allowing a large list of people....
Seriously, what's the point. It only triggers camperbot and causes unnecessary spam in chatroom. Does nothing useful really.

This makes some of the tests incredibly brittle. Our build is broken again because the wiki changed. Tests that rely on wiki type data should have data mocked for them.
