chore: add working with react props lab to frontend cert

At the time of this issue creation, Oliver is currently working on the making the changes to the editor to teach React and TypeScript.

But for this will be the second react lab and it can be done all in one file. Just have the parent and child component in the same JS file.

Come up with a small lab idea that campers can do.

But whatever you choose, the CSS should be supplied for the campers.
