challenges now have a property

{ "translations": Object }

It's keys are IETF language tags. for example...

  "translation": {
    "es": {
      "title": "Challenge TItle",
      "description": [ "line 1" ]
    },
   "pt-PR": ...

The old method of having challenges at the top level will be removed
