Description of methodology differences between 2016 & 2017

2016 & 2017 survey analysis should be compared and perhaps explained by the different methodology used to collect said data.

what was the response rate? does this create a bias in the data collected? I need to know exactly how participants were targeted. who this survey was sent to. was this different from 2016?

why was developer employment after bootcamp completion not asked in the 2017 survey?
