Some HDMI TVs have no HDMI audio output even when forced

...need to add "hdmi_drive=2" to /boot/config.txt to solve the majority of these issues to force TV to not go into DVI mode and stay in HDMI mode (most lower-end / inexpensive 720p TVs have this issue, but will work just fine with Chromecasts).

Add ES menu entry to allow easy user fixin's when this issue arises.
