Feature Request: Make All Parameters MIDI Controllable.

Dear Iurie,

would it be possible to make all parameters MIDI controllable? There is no need for MIDI learn functionality or GUI support. Using Clara we could use MIDI to control the parameters. But they must be exposed as such.

MIDI program change message to switch from Kit to Kit would also be great.

@mkohlhaas "make all parameters MIDI controllable"... an instrument from the kit has a lot of parameters, it is a bigger implementation.
