where are the information for G Series( MTP (Flash + EEPROM)) ?

hello, in the chips directory there's a mention of G series paduak mcus with EEPROM support.

  1. does free pdk support flashing these chips?
  2. where can I buy them ? i didn't find anything on google or their website.
