PFS252 support

Padauk recently released datasheets for the PFS252, another dualcore flash device, and the first such device in the PFS series (all other such devices so far are in the PFC series).

Since the PFS tend to be cheaper than the PFC, this could be the cheapest dualcore flash device, and become quite popular.

It would be good to have support in easypdkprog.

This one looks really nice. I hope that LCSC will pick this one up. They seem to be hesitant to add the newer Padauk devices to their line up for some reason.,

This one is really rare. I can't even find it on Taobao.
