Titlecase caps has faults

titlecase caps treats PARTial links as two words, capitalizing it like PartIal.

• how else would you do it?
  • per entire word, but then only link the correct part of it

titlecase caps treats composite_links as one word, only capitalizing first letter of whole token

Not nice, because the underscore is switched for a space later.
