Debugging Information

It would be lovely if you could build with a CLAP_WRAPER_VERBOSE=TRUE cmake flag or some such which made the wrapper verbose in how it finds, loads, and so on the subordinate clap wrapper. In live right now I get to "loading clap-saw-demo.clap" and then a failure. Some chattiness along the way on what went wrong might be great!

I found the bug in Ableton :) Live does not recognize the VST3 calling sequence. I filed that as a bug at Ableton. The wrapper is updated accordingly.

Nevertheless, some debugging or information would be neat.
