@esteele Steve pointed me to this issue because we had an expiring key on the plone organisation account from October last year. Apparently on that discussion in the previous comment...

The first issue and sort of solved last year was overriding the e-mail which is sent from the backend, we needed a volto.domain setting for this in the Plone backend....

I just checked one of my previous migrations because I can't remember having issues with the Creator field. In my migration so far with collective.exportimport the creator has been copied....
