Window Panel does not resize very small in Chrome

What operating system(s) are you using? Windows? Linux? Mac? Windows

Does the issue occur in web mode, hosted mode, both or don't know? No

What browser(s) do you use? Firefox, IE, Safari, other? Chrome


If a Window Panel is resized too small it turns into a white box. This only 
occurs in Chrome and not able to reproduce in FF.
