solved, in my case was cyberpanel password in MariaDB, after changing in settings.py and run again, now are solved
eu depois de algumas tentativas consegui instalar e vou passar minhas dicas o projeto usa o APC para cache e o APC só tem para o PHP 5.4 para instalar...
