Expose routing rules config

Was wondering if there's a reason why this part of the config was left out, since error_document and index_document are both configurable.

Would be really useful!

I second this request. We need to setup the redirection rules and unfortunately a new deploy wipes out our settings. It would be great to have at least the possibility to maintain the setup!
