Add Demystifying Deep Learning

Hello @fredhohman,

i would like to add Demystifying Deep Learning, a project to make Deep Learning more beginner-friendly with Human-Centered Design. For this, we developed an interactive learning application for experimentation with datasets and convolutional neural networks (http://ai.uol.de).

Thanks for submitting your project! While this survey is up to date until late 2018, the past couple of years have resulted in my many more deep learning visualization systems. Unfortunately this site isn't up to date with all the latest advancements. I want to include your project, but since the website survey is 2 years "behind" I need to consider how to include yours while keeping everything consistent; maybe another section with more recent projects makes sense.

Let me think on this for a little bit!
