PCE CD Redump Supplement: some entries do not work on SSDS3, SHDS3P, Analogue Duo

It has been reported that the following do not run on SSDS3 & SHDS3P:

Cosmic Fantasy 2 - Un-Worked Designs Exile - Un-Worked Designs Exile II - Un-Worked Designs

The following do not run on SSDS3 but do run on SHDS3P:

Ys IV T-En v0.95 NightWolve

All of the above seem to work on MiSTerFPGA without issue.
