MiSTer (Atari2600): missing entries in Games/Atari2600/MiSTer Fixed

This directory contains files that require a specific mapper file extension. I believe the following (and any hacks based on them while preserving the original mapper) are missing from the fixed directory:

FE: Activision Decathlon, The (Europe).fe Activision Decathlon, The (France).fe Robot Tank (USA).fe Thwocker (USA) (Proto).fe

CV MagiCard (USA).cv Video Life (USA).cv

E7 Bump 'n' Jump (Europe).e7 Bump 'n' Jump (USA).e7 BurgerTime (USA).e7 Masters of the Universe - The Power of He-Man (USA).e7

E0 Lord of the Rings, The - Journey to Rivendell (USA) (Proto).e0 Mr. Do!'s Castle (USA).e0 Popeye (USA).e0 Q-bert's Qubes (USA).e0 Star Wars - Return of the Jedi - Ewok Adventure (USA) (Proto).e0

UA Pleiades (USA) (Proto).ua

It may be a good idea to include all 2600 files from the standalone 2600 pack, with the MiSTer-required extensions within Games/Atari2600.

Ideally, the standalone pack would use specific mapper file exensions, which would be supported by Analogue, MiSTer, and 2600 flash carts. I believe the latter doesn't care about file extensions.

The following extensions differ between Analogue and MiSTer:

Analogue	Mapper Type MiSTer
.ACT	Activision 8K FE banking	.FE
.PB Parker Bros. E0 mapping .E0
.TV Tigervision 3F mapping .3F
.MN M-network E7 mapping .E7

Since MiSTer is open-source, perhaps it could be modified to also accept Analogue file extensions?
