There was a [reddit discussion](https://www.old.reddit.com/r/freesoftware/comments/hdayx5/are_there_any_domain_registrars_that_follow_free/) about this a while ago. Personally, I've used njal.la and had no issues, though I've heard Porkbun is good (they offer free whois privacy protection)...
