so after starting the server, when entering `sys_ticrate`via rcon, you see that `sys_ticrate 1000` is set? are you using any `-pingboost` ?

it seems like VAC for (at least) cstrike received some update, since i saw some 'regular players' banned within the last ~2 days - and these ppl only had halflife/cstrike...
looks like your net contains different wraith-versions than the hub. the hub tries to set its known default-options on these bots, which dont know 'homechan-user' and thats why that messages...
to me it looks like you're not correct. the hubs seem to use some git-version of wraith (v1.4.10 **-555-g9428d586**), while the slaves are not.
downgrading the hubs would be the easier task, since that will be less work - but i never downgraded any wraith. you can also just ignore these 'warnings' and wait...
I had to re-read this issue several times.... i wanted to say: There should be a message saying :'host does already exist'.
That would be _really_ a nice feature
