npm package?

Have you considered making this available as a polyfill in an npm package for easier consumption?

@daveisfera Hi. No, I haven't. To be honest I don't personally find this stylesheet to be really great, so I'm always surprised people are interested in it ;-) Anyway, I'm happy to accept any PR.

It's the first option for MathML linked to on the Mozilla page, so that's how I stumbled on it. You're right that it's not as full of a solution as something like MathJax but it's a lot smaller and simpler, so that's really nice

Contribution is welcome. I also opened https://github.com/fred-wang/mathml.css/issues/13 in case people want to help with the maintainance.
