MathML CSS reset?

The size of a MathML formula across different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS) is different even when setting the font-size and using the same font such as Noto Sans Math or Stix Two Math. Is there a MathML CSS reset file similar to Bootstrap CSS Reboot? If not, do you have a recommendation for common changes that can help with consistent formula width and height across browsers and operating systems?
