More flexible auto detect

Currently auto detect only works with the credentials storage of the browser. This limits the feature more or less to twitch. For example mlg possibly needs the user to be logged in to their service and then you can get the follows for that user. Others (like youtube) require an OAuth authentification to associate the account credentials with the actual user.
