Seems like that's an issue with the Rebble store itself -- you'll probably want to ask the Rebble folks (https://github.com/pebble-dev)

I had to go to releases, download the latest to my phone, then use rebble "sideloader" app to load in. Make sure you don't have it already in your watchface list. 2022 on z fold 4.
