Big Seconds?

I love the timestyle watchface but now that I'm in nursing school I need to take vitals by counting seconds very often and the tiny seconds ticker is a bit small for such an important (to me) function. Could you please add a 3rd row of numerals counting seconds?

Seconds burns battery life so another great feature might be counting only every other second if that is possible.
