Cannot load the extension anymore

Whenever I try to use the extension I get the following error and none of my fields load anymore:

Just checked and the comments section on the Chrome Extension page and it is littered with loads of people reporting the same issue. See the Support tab: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/shopifyfd-dashboard-tool

Seems like the app is no longer supported. This is a shame as it make a lot of people's sites completely unaccessible.
