fix: system prompt mistakes

Updated the system messages to consistently use 'superior' instead of a mix of 'superior' and 'user' for clarity and accuracy.

During your YouTube video, you mentioned "Agent answers User. I don't remember, maybe I wrote 'User' in the prompt, but it should always be 'upper level superior'." This fix aligns the implementation with that intended behavior.

He mentioned that he doesn't prepromt it as a system because he wants it to think it's the user itself. Perhaps that was the thinking in those prompts? @frdel

Anyways looks good to me if that is not the case.
