Dockerize app

I struggled a bit to install the software, and when it worked with mistral-nemo under ollama, it quickly lost its mind after running 3 or 4 agents, and ended up wanting to run an apt install zip on my local machine (I got the password prompt which blocked it).

So... I preferred to dockerize the agent completely, and simplify the installation at the same time.

Ah... there is docker in docker error in fact. I'll try to manage it.
