FEATURE REQUEST: Manual chat renaming (and disable automatic chat renaming)

Sometimes the chat titles are just so undescriptive and I'd rather have an option to rename the chat myself. And then the current behaviour is that chats get renamed periodically by the agent as the chat advances, which might not always be desired.

Would be nice to:

• In the chat lists, have a quick way to edit the chat title
• If the title was edited by the user, disable automatic renaming for that chat
• In the settings, have the ability to permanently disable automatic renaming for the whole system
